  • Gathering business requirement from customer
  • Analyzing & designing best solution for customer
  • Doing serial of testing on delivered solution
  • Doing consultation & discussion with customer
  • Writing needed documentation based on project stage

Requirement :
  • Min bachelor degree on Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Having knowledge in HR Business Process is an advantage
  • Experience in SQL Programming (Oracle, SQL Server) is an advantage
  • Experience in minimum 1 full cycle of Enterprise Application implementation is an advantage.
  • Experience in following application (PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps, SAP) is an advantage
