Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and/or backup/management tools of multiple soft infra product such as VM Ware, Microsoft, Veritas, Linux, etc.
- Participate in designing system/solution that propose to customer.
- Create implementation document and report.
- Provide 1st or 2nd level support.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma from Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
- Min 1 year work experience as system engineer is advantage
- Basic IT infrastructure is mandatory ( OS , SAN Storage, networking , server )
- Having experience of installation, configure, and manage VMWare product (vSphere, SRM, vROM)) and Microsoft Product (WinServer, Ms. Exchange, Hyper-V)
- Having knowledge in software infrastructure (backup software Citrix, testing software, etc.)
